Order cancelled? No show?
1Tried to order this 4 different times with 4 different credit cards. Thought all these orders had been cancelled by ABH so I was surprised when I received an email to rate the products... So here goes I guess: the products never arrived so I can't rate their quality... I got a call to confirm billing details which I did order was supposedly cancelled the next day... So while I'm unable to rate the product itself the service I've received (or not received I suppose) was atrocious... 0/10 would not recommend... Go to Sephora for this one you'll have much better luck and service!!!

Soft glam palette
3I do love this palette the only criticism I have is the colour sienna. It's just not a burgundy as it looks in pallette it comes off more brownish.

I loved the Soft Glam pallet!! The colors were so beautiful! The pigment is perfect! It lasts all-day without having to touch up and blends very well and easy!
5Ladies if you want a natural look with colors that gives you a little sparkle to brighten up the eye!

5I loved the Norvina pallet! The colors are very pigmented! There\s a mix of colors sparledazzlematte and natural! This pallet doesn\t need no touch ups and it last all day!

Came broken twice
3Purchased this palette and was SUPER excited for it to arrive. It finally did and 3 of the colors were shattered. I contacted ABH and they reshipped a new one.. Unfortunately that one arrived with shattered colors as well. Didnt even bother sending that one back because at this rate every palette I order will be shattered. I was excited to order the norvina palette but now I\m going to skip it.. Not worth spending $40 on a palette just for it to arrive broken.

So good, I used it ALL up
4This was my very first high end eyeshadow palette. I didn’t understand what quality eyeshadow was until I got this palette. The colors are extremely flattering. You can go from a sultry look to something bright and cheerful. It was also very easy to wear for work. The pigmentation was incredible, though it did produce a lot of fallout. If you want to own this palette, make sure to do your eyes beforehand and prepare to clean up after any mess. After a year and a half of owning this palette, the formula also began to degrade substantially. The matte shades became prone to hard pan, and it’s former soft,and buttery formula became significantly drier and less pigmented, especially the more you use it up. The shimmer shades became duller, but it’s overall performance wasn’t too impacted. All in all, this is an excellent palette for the first couple years of owning it, but expect the formula to get worse after that point.

Great formula, colors ok
3I LOVE Anastasia’s palettes. Their formula is the best in my opinion. This one the colors are more tame which I think is good for everyday looks or work looks. I think I like a little more bold colors. For the lady that wants a subtle look this is the palette for you.

Perfect for those who
5Perfect for those who love subtle, more neutral looks with a slight pop of color. As someone who tends to lean towards neutral shades, I love this palette as an intro to broadening my preferred shade ranges. It's very easy to work with and the shades apply and blend well.
