Very comfortable!
4Hey there! I got the chance to try out this ABH Matte Lipstick in shade "Sugar Plum" recently and I really like it! First off, I'm not a fan of any kind of Lip products because I have really thin lips. If I'm going to use a Lipstick, my favorite kind would be Matte Lipstick. I really like how this Lipstick dries down but doesn't look dry. It's Matte as in not shiny or Glossy but it keeps my lips hydrated and smooth. It holds in place fairly well but isn't completely transfer proof. It's long lasting as long as I'm not constantly wiping or licking my lips. It doesn't bleed out if I'm not using a Lip Liner with it which is a huge plus for me because I'm super visually impaired and have troubles applying Lip Liner properly. It's an all around great Lipstick and definitely worth the price! I fully recommend it. Especially this shade! It's a really versatile shade.

Pretty Red
5ABH Matte Lipstick- American Doll is the prettiest red lipstick I now own. I love that it is a true matte and it is not drying. The color is long lasting. The packaging is beautiful as well. I can't wait to try other colors :) I received this product in exchange for an honest review.

Smooth and long lasting
5Absolutely love this lipstick! It goes on super smooth, is so comfortable to wear all day and actually LASTS all day! The color is perfect and the packaging is high quality

Meh, Could Be Better
2For matte products, I have one simple rule. It has to have some longevity. This is the first matte lip I've tried in a while that didn't have great staying power for me. Wanting to kiss your man on a night out? Not going to happen with this. I couldn't confidently take a drink in this lippie without it transferring all over. I didn't even attempt to eat with it on because I knew it would be a tragedy. This isn't the most comfortable matte lip I've tried, but it is on the drying side for sure. I liked the packaging and the color of the lipstick but I won't be wearing it out because I simply cant count on it to perform well.

Great Lipstick-- Terrible Packaging
3I was so thrilled when I pulled this lipstick from the mailer. At first I noticed the very cute lipstick bullet-- made to subtley resemble an actual bullet. It was also heavier packaging which I liked-- it didn't feel cheap. What I immediately noticed however, is that the top literally 'pops' open and falls off at the slightest touch. As someone who carries my lipstick with me regularly this is a huge disadvantage. The lipstick itself was honestly great. I usually wear MAC and felt that the quake and levity was right on par with their brand. The matte formula was thin and comfortable, but covered well both with and without lip liner. The only downside for me is the packaging.

ABH Matte Lipstick- blackberry/Lip Liner
5Anastasia BH y'all have out done yourself on the lip duo. I wore it to work one day and received some many compliments. Lipstick gone on smooth even being that it mattered . Didn't cake up threw our the day.Liner didn't smear .I love it!!!!

Love the berry, but had to reapply multiple times
3I am a huge fan of berry lipsticks. This gives me the vampy vibes that I'm looking for. The blackberry lipstick is a beautiful deep berry that I love, but unfortunately I did end up reapplying it at least 3x every time I wore it to keep the color looking vibrant. I'm not sure why that is. If it wasn't for the fact that I'd have to reapply it so much.. this would be my go to lipstick for sure. I like it for the color, but the staying power is kind of lacking for the price. So I won't recommend it.

Great Matterial
5This lipstick is lush and nice. You can tell it is made with great materials and the matte finish is great! I absolutely love the shade and the name of it! Blackberry!!! My lips look and feel fabulous. Plus the tube it comes in is absolutely gorgeous!

Rich and vibrant color
4I love the color of the ABH Matte Lipstick - American Doll; the red is popping. This lipstick I received for free is matte but has a little shine to it. The American Doll lipstick is moist and goes on smoothly. The color is rich and vibrant. One coat was good but I did 2 to enhance the look, and the result was not cakey. On the other hand, I did notice that it smudges a little.

Nice but wish it lasted longer
4It went on smoothly and didn't smear. Had it paired with the lip liner (which was awesome) so could be part of it. I just wish the lipstick stayed on longer. I usually go for a stain.
