Wasted money and time
1The color of this product is perfect and exactly what I was looking for! I was SO excited to wear it but when it was finally time to wear it.. it wasnt as perfect as I thought. 1st issue: its streaky. Dont try to build the product up because then it wont dry perfect and matte.2nd issue: If you finally get the right amount of product - dont forget to use lip liner! Usually I can get away with no liner for my liquid lipsticks but thats not the case for this one. No liner = a huge mess later. It will bleed everywhere!

Perfect Holiday Red
4I had always heard about the shade American Doll and had always been iffy because i already own classic red lipsticks. But none of them are like this one I already own a couple of shades of the ABH liquid lipstick so I was used to the formula already. But I had never tried a red like this perfect just in time for the holidays. Of course it is the type of red that will kind of make your teeth yellow.

One of my favorites!!
5I love lipstick! I try and use lipsticks from a large variety of different brands. This is my 2nd favorite lipstick brand! I love their lip products mostly for their super long lasting formula. I can eat drink and sleep and my lipstick will still be in place! Sometimes for a quick touch up I apply a little bit of chapstick to the center of my lips and Im good to go again. These lipsticks are soooo pigmented! What you see is what you get. Youre more likely to lose the product before you ever run out.

Great staying power but.....
3The colors on these are very well pigmented and true to tube but when they start to flake off things get bad. wear is great for a few hours but not for all day wear

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!
5So as you can tell Im totally in love with this liquid lipstick. Ive collected about 20 of the lipsticks over the past two years and although I have dabbled with a few other brands I always find myself coming back to ABH. First let me say that yes the formula can be a little tricky particularly with a few of the shades (Serafina Sugarplum....) These red-based lipsticks tend to smear a little outside of the lip line even if youve applied with care if you eat or drink even a little. As some people have noted overall the formula is pretty drying compared to other liquid lipsticks. Re-application can be tricky because if you try to re-apply right over the first layer you may see it clump. However for most of the shades Ive found that prepping your lips really helps overcome the dryness and if you use some chapstick right before re-applying this will help with the clumps too. My favorite thing about these lipsticks is the color range. The colors are just so unique and stand out which is what you want in a lipstick. For me this makes it worth the high-maintenance and Ill continue to purchase these.
