Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlighting Duo Pencil is a dual-sided eyebrow pencil for highlighting and defining your eyebrows. Available in 2 shades, this versatile, double-ended eyebrow tool features a shimmer end for highlighting the brow bone and a matte end for defining the brow line. To achieve a natural-looking finish, first apply the shimmer end, follow with the matte end, and then blend the creamy, non-wax formula.
Volume: 4.8 g / 0.17 Oz.
- Starting with the shimmer end of Highlighting Duo Pencil, apply underneath the brow line from arch to tail. Next, apply the matte side of the double-ended brow pencil underneath the brow from the front of the brow all the way toward the tail. Blend using the flat end of Brush 20 for a seamless finish that adds a lifting effect to the brows.
- Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used as an eye shadow primer. Use the shimmer end to prime for metallic, shimmer or duo chrome shadows. Use the matte end to prime for matte shadows.
- For an extra pop of shimmer in your eye look, apply Highlighting Duo Pencil to the inner corner of your eye for added brightness and intensity.
- Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used to highlight the high points of the face.

i love this highlighter stick is so good for on the go. it has good pigmentation and blends well, i typically use it for beneath my eyebrows or inner corner of my eyes. it looks so natural i love it.

I wasn’t particularly blown
I wasn’t particularly blown away by this product but that could be because I don’t really tend to highlight under my eyebrow. Quality isn’t bad though. It just is not something I use or reach for. Not bad if you do highlight though!

A great find from years ago!
I have had this dual pencil for about 15 years (guessing, but a very long time) and I've gone back to it periodically, during the years, but now I'm using it continually because it's just such a great product and I love the way it blends; I'm using it mostly in the darker area next to the inside of my eyes, and it just works better than other products that I haven't had as long. Really love that it's still available.

No more under eye crepiness
I wish they made the matte shell all by itself. I've used so many concealers to smooth my under eye crepy skin. Nothing did it, but this did. Unbelievable. I was going to check into an eye lift. No need now.
