Potential to be great product but cheap material

The pencil and spool work well when they stay intact. I’ve had to request a replacement Brow Whiz twice in three months because the plastic is so flimsy that the ends of pencil and spool fall loose. And now the third time in six months it is happening again. I am not rough with it. The Brow Whiz just stays in my makeup pouch. It clearly cannot withstand being transported within the makeup pouch. More durable material should really be considered to make this product worth the money. It’s not fair for me to keep replacing this when there is still so much pencil left but I physically cannot maneuver it.

Overrated

Bought in multiple colors based on RAVE reviews. It is disappointing; the colors are amazing and very natural but they last about 2 hours. Not sure why everyone is so obsessed. Two stars only bc they have very natural tones for redheads or other colors without it looking clownish. Just reapply every 2 hours if you’re dead set on this overrated stick.

Disappointed.

I picked Ash Brown because it said it was correct for gray hair. It is not. I have been using Taupe which is much lighter and is correct. I purchased two Ash Brown and cannot use them. I am very disappointed. I was steered wrong.

perfect brows

I've looked 7 yrs ago for this color purchased back then, and its still available in the strawburn. It's perfect absolutely perfect, for us natural Red heads, that's why i come back to Anastasia, so please don't ever discontinue this color, no other out there ill be lost, I won't be a happy camper.I buy 2 at a time, i wear it everday,

Brush broke

The brush broke after just a few uses. The brow pencil is great, but very annoying about the brush.

Nice eyebrow pencil - Taupe

I love the control I have with this pencil. The only slight downside is in the application of the color. I have to stroke multiple times to get the color to apply. Love the double-sided applicator tool. Ty
