Got the Wrong Color

I love the brow wiz it's the best!!! I usually have no issues with my orders but this time I received the wrong color as well as no paper work. So when I sent an email letting them know that I received the wrong color they wanted a picture of the invoice which I didn't receive. So I'm suck with the wrong color. But yet this review that they sent me was to do on the correct color? I received taupe not medium brown which is the color I order?

My brow whiz is the best match to my natural brow color and that\s why I keep coming back! I feel it\s cheaply made since I\ve had 2 break on me and numerous for my daughter. I\m not sure how it even happens. It sits in my makeup bag but yet it breaks.

Best of Anastasia brows

Have both brow definer and pomade. But Brow wiz is best in my opinion. Especially like it because of the fine tip. The fine tip works so well filling in tail end of brows. With age my brows are not as full like when younger. Especially tail end. And of course over the years getting so many brow waxes messed up my brows. And with age brow hairs do not grow back like they use to. Brow wiz fills in those gaps I have and defines brows. I like that it gives me a very natural looking brow. I wear the shade chocolate. Medium brown is more on the taupe side. Chocolate is a perfect match.
