Now I understand why Anastasia BH eyebrow products are raved. As a first time user I\m impressed by the pigmentation and delicacy as it gives you precision and smooth application. Plus it is long wearing.

love product had service order all the time and it seems like every other time I get the wrong color I don\t send it back because it just takes to long and i\m busy always order soft brown don\t always get it including this order but i\ll live with it

Almost perfect

I have been using this Brie pencil for over a year now. I'm on my 4th one.. I love the shades and the natural look it gives. I'm absolutely obsessed. I just wish he Brow brush didn't break in my makeup bag after the first week every single time. Otherwise it's a easy to use perfect brow pencil. Just please make the brush side more sturdy so I can use it.

Best Brow Pencil on the Market

The pencil is thin enough to make the hair like strokes you desire but still pigmented enough to deposit enough color for those spots you need to fill in. ABH is one of the only companies in the industry to match in my case such spot on shades to actual human hair colors. So many I\ve tried don\t come close to the color of real human hair. Not too waxy or stiff - the perfect combination of both. May I also add that the ABH customer service team is top notch. I had an issue with receiving my order at no fault to ABH and they still reached out and helped me resolve my issue. Even more impressed with the brand after my last experience.

OMG Stand behind your products ..Sale or not!!

Was sent a dried out brow wiz that produces no color. Customer service refuses to do anything. They refuse to give name and I keep getting sent to different departments. If an item is reduced in price it is no excuse for it to be totally defective

Disappointed

This is my all-time favorite brow pencil however the one I received was very disappointing. I used it for about 3 days and each time the tip of the pencil was loose and kept pushing itself back inside. Fourth day I just used it again and half the pencil fell out and onto the ground. The REST of it fell out into my sink and down the drain. It's literally completely gone now by just breaking off inside and falling out. For a $21 pencil i am more than disappointed that I only got 4 uses out of it. Like I used I usually love this pencil though. Hopefully it won't happen again but it was a waste of money this time

So Torn...

I am so torn about this product. I took the cap off for the first time and the whole pencil flung out into my sink. I was able to get it back in but then it happened a few more days in a row. I received this about a week ago and it is already almost gone. I am extremely disappointed in all mentioned above and for that would give only one star. As far as the product goes I think it's solid. It stays on all day and still looks good. I don't think I would purchase another because of what I mentioned above but wish it were different because I love the look.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I feel like it doesn\t last too long. I feel like I am constantly having to buy another one to replace my old product. Other than that this is my absolute favorite product.
