Brushes broke twice!!

I bought this product because it is a great color for a red head. The problem is not only once but twice the brush end has broken off. I always use the covers so it is not because it is lying in my makeup being jostled. I am very disappointed because I like the product's convenience.

Best ever colour

ABH is the ONLY company that sells a colour like this and is the only one that suits my skin and hair! Light brown and Auburn are too dark and taupe is too light. Caramel is perfect! I have light skin and reddish hair. Please NEVER discontinue this colour I\d be lost. Awesome staying power in my busy active life too!

Perfect brows

I absolutely love this product! I naturally have thicker brows but I like to give them a precise shape. This product makes my brows look super natural with the round applicator. I've tried other brow products and none of them can live up to Brow Wiz.

Works good but...

I haven't been using this product for that long and I've already had to repurchase SIX of them. At $21 this product should be lasting me more than a couple weeks. I will be switching products because of this.

Spoolie Breaks Off

I love this product. I have not been able to find another brow liner that makes my brows look this good but the spoolie always breaks off. This is the third one I have had it happen with and I just think that if I am going to spend this much money for such a small product then it shouldn\t break off. It\s not anything I did either. I keep my makeup in a hard box makeup case and I always replace the cap on the spoolie.

Disappointed

I was excited to try this and I do love the colour of this product. The product is not stationary but like a mechanical pencil whose leads keep falling out. I can only apply from one angle and I have to be really careful not to lose pieces of the product. Also because it is in multiple pieces and not anchored there is much of the product I cannot apply.

I used to love it and now I hate it

I used to love the Anastasia Brow Wiz but the last four I have bought have been of terrible quality. The tip would become so rounded so quickly that I could never get a good tail or I would have to cut it. After a couple uses I would really have to work and press hard to get pigmentation and it wouldn't look natural. What really angered me was that the spooly would completely break off. I thought it was because I was traveling and maybe when I hit turbulence all my makeup would shift. But even when I kept it in the box it came in separated from all my other makeup in a makeup holder the spooly continued to break. I have other eyebrow pencils and even the brow definer and none of them broke only the brow wiz. I even had one that the spooly didn't break but the product slid out of the tube and wouldn't stay in. Also I have never dropped them ever so I don't understand why they are breaking. Overall just really upset. I do not want to spend 21 dollars for a product that's going to only be good the first couple uses and is going to break on me.

Disappointed

I\m truly disappointed in this product. I\ve purchased it over again probably three times because the color matches me perfectly but each time the spoolie broke off the end. I even tried adjusting the placement of my fingers upon application to make sure I wasn\t pressing too hard. The plastic is so delicate around that area so it just continues to break. I will probably not be purchasing again for the price point I would expect the a sturdier material.
