Applicator breaks
3Love the color and how it goes on but they need to work on the applicator. As you twist up it breaks and the pencil piece as a whole comes out of applicator. Feel like I wasted $21 as I couldn't use the pencil that came out of applicator. I just order another to try again as I love how it goes on. Hopefully this one won't break.

Spoolie breaks
3I love the brow pencil and how it blends with my natural brow. My only complaint is the spoolie brush on the other end constantly breaks. I am not using it overly hard at all. This is probably my 8th brow wiz. I finally went to Ulta and bought a separate brow brush.

Best brow pencil ever!
5I love this brow pencil and have been using it for years. The color is true to the sample shown it goes on smoothly lasts all day and has a fine enough point that you can add "individual " hairs. Highly recommended.

Frustrated
2I've purchased 3 Brow wiz in the last 6 months because I enjoy the color and the ease of the spoolie on one end and pencil on the other. However I won't be purchasing this anymore because I'm sick and tired of the spoolie breaking off and it's not like it's old. It's happening after only using after the first or second week grrrrrr!

Crumbling holder
1The plastic has been crumbling around the makeup applicator. My last two purchases also has had the spoolie break off within days.

Brush breaks
4Exactly like another reviewer experienced I\ve purchased 3 of these. I love everything about it EXCEPT the fact that the brush on the end has broken off all 3 times. Otherwise a 5 star product.

Love it BUT
3The spoolie end ALWAYS breaks off. This is my 3th brow wiz and each and every one the spoolie end broke. I even decided to not use the spoolie end this time and it still broke. Super bummed. Might as well just change the packaging to not include a spoolie end. Although it would be really convenient if it actually stayed attached. So I'm eh on this product.

Love but the spoolie always breaks
3I absolutely love the color match and application of the brow wiz. That said the last three I've bought the spoolie has broken and it's really frustrating!
