Over the years, I’m pretty sure that I’ve tried just about every waxy brow pencil on the market. My brows are pretty sparse from over plucking in the late 90s so they need all the help that they can get. Though I have had a favorite brow pencil brand for years, I was curious to try the Anastasia brow definer when I got a sample of it recently. I am super impressed. The product is super pigmented, goes on with the ease, and the shape of the product itself makes it look quite natural.
