When I applied the beauty balm, the coverage was so amazing that it cover up my dark spots. It blends with my skin tone so well. It's like I had an airbrush look.

Convenient for touching up on the go

This stick foundation has buildable coverage. It has a buttery texture that melts immediately when touching skin. The packaging is plastic. Scent is not too strong. It feels very moisturizing, but you still need to wear a good base under it.

Quite decent, not universal

I think this is quite decent. You have to take into consideration an expectation that you're going to get light coverage, and that it is a balm- so it absolutely needs to be set to get longevity out of it (I used powder & setting spray). I think it's absolutely innovative, I love the applicator, and I think there are a few ways to run it in (fingers, silicone puff, sponge, etc).

Nice Finish

This is a great foundation for that no makeup makeup look. It’s lighter coverage and blends well. It has a nice finish and it’s easy to apply. I even combine it with some other foundation for more coverage.

Ideal Face Makeup for Mom On the go

I was given a free sample of this Beauty Balm from Anastasia brand & Influenster subscription for my honest review. My likes for this product was how it felt on my skin and a great option for days when im on the go or just heading to a playdate where i want to wear some makeup but not my full makeup routine. I would love to see better sunscreen protection in this beauty balm and maybe a better way to apply it because it blended in best with a beauty blender but with my hands i feel like i ended up taking it off. I have combination skin so Im still seeing how my skin reacts to using this product on and off for 2.5 weeks but so far no major breakouts to report yet. Im on the fence with this product if i would continue to purchase this product which is decent priced at Sephora if your interested in trying it.

Added to daily routine

At first I didn’t like this product because I was applying with a foundation brush. Since I started blending with my fingers I love the results. I have shade 7 which is light with cool olive undertones for reference I’m between Mac nc20-nc25. It’s a very sheer to light coverage. If you like full coverage foundation this is not for you. I usually apply the serum foundation and then use concealer for my under eye and blemishes. It doesn’t cake at all and my concealer, bronzer and blush apply nicely over the serum foundation. If you want a barely there natural make up look just apply this and it will give you beautiful dewy natural finish. I haven’t notice and changes in my skin due to its skincare ingredients. I absolutely love that it has no added fragrance. My skin hasn’t had any breakouts from using this products. It’s a stick formula and it’s super easy to apply. Glides on beautifully due to its silky texture.

Pills on skin and the coverage is too light for my needs.

I tried the new Anastasia Beverly Hills Beauty Balm in shade 4. The shade is too dark for me, but it’s my own fault because I chose the wrong shade. I don’t love the formula. It says it’s supposed to be pretty light which doesn’t work well for me because I have rosacea so I would want something medium to full coverage. They have a decent shade range so you should be able to find your own shade. I did notice that the more I rubbed it into my face the more pilled it ended up being so I don’t see myself buying this necessarily in the future, but I may hop into Sephora just to try a shade that’s closer to my skin tone just to give it another try.

Okay but not great

I liked this product but it won’t be a staple for me. The coverage is a nice, light/medium coverage. Doesn’t look cakey. However, I found that it made my skin look oily after a few hours. I also didn’t like the application. I don’t like putting the product directly on my face because it promotes germs.

This beauty balm is exactly what I didn’t know I needed. It is such an amazing product. It is so creamy and light but has great coverage. The packaging is so beautiful and I love the twist. It is so easy to use and so easy to blend. The shade is perfect and blended with my skin so well. This is going to be a huge staple in my summer routine especially because it feels so light! I love this product!!
